Sana Cherezova

Managing Director and owner of DIAS Marine Consulting, a Ukrainian P&I correspondent company with a long-standing reputation across the International Group of P&I Clubs. She formally assumed leadership in August 2025, following the passing of her father and the company’s founder, Igor Cherezov, who had personally involved her in the company’s work for over a decade.

For many years, she was not an external observer but an internal witness and participant in the life of the company: present at key moments, exposed to decision-making, and entrusted with sensitive processes even before holding an official title. As a result, she inherited not only the ownership but also a strong sense of responsibility, a deep understanding of how the business works, and a profound commitment to its continuity.

In her current role, she combines personal dedication with hands-on management. Her goal is not only to preserve the legacy of DIAS, but also to renew and strengthen its position as a trusted and proactive P&I correspondent in Ukraine — with a modern, client-oriented approach and an international outlook.
