In May 2025, following the passing of our founder, Igor Cherezov, DIAS Marine Consulting entered a new stage in its history. In June 2025, leadership transitioned to Sana Cherezova, marking the start of a strategic renewal aimed at safeguarding our legacy while building the capacity to meet the evolving demands of the maritime industry.
This renewal was implemented in challenging circumstances, including a change in key personnel. Despite these transitions, we have preserved our institutional knowledge and strengthened our team with new professionals, ensuring continuity and resilience.

Our operational capacity has been reinforced by dynamic specialists in their 40s, combining high mobility with advanced technical expertise, multilingual communication skills, and extensive experience in P&I claims handling and surveying.
